Daily Mysore Practice | Weekend Workshops
May 6-June 1, 2018
Satinder Khalsa returns to St. Louis for one month of morning Mysore practice, Led Primary series and weekend workshops!
Satinder began practicing Ashtanga Yoga in March of 2000. He learned much of the Ashtanga method and practice from Nancy Gilgoff, one of the first Americans to study Ashtanga in Mysore, India. During this time, Satinder was fortunate enough to meet and practice with Pattabhi Jois. After eight years of study and practice, Satinder left Ashtanga Yoga and began to explore other styles of yoga including Kundalini. When he returned to Ashtanga in 2012, he dedicated himself to seeking out and studying with authorized/certified teachers. His love of India and dedication to the practice brought him back to Mysore for multiple extended stays. There, he practices with Sharath, the current lineage holder of Ashtanga Yoga.
Satinder has received Level 1 Authorization from Sharath.
