It is a great context for seasoned practitioners to refine movement patterns, address physical limitations, and deepen their understanding of the practice.

Ashley’s background in physical therapy and yoga therapy gives her a unique understanding of anatomy.  Focusing on breathwork, Ashley aids students in pain reduction and facilitates body awareness.

Private sessions are geared to the student’s needs and desires.  Sessions can be in the Ashtanga method or gentle and therapeutic.
